We designed this course for all drone pilots and operators. You will get to meet our Captain Julie Garland. Together with Julie, you will go through an overview of rules and regulations governing drone pilots and operations. We will cover the classification and standards for drones and operating categories. Finally, you will learn what you can and cannot do when flying drones.
This is an introductory course to give you a general understanding of operating Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) or in other words drones.
You will learn what training courses and actions should you take to fly and operate in any of the EASA member states.
During this course, we will cover these subjects:
Air law; Drone (UAS) classification; Operating Category Standards and Classification; Do's and Don'ts of Flying Drones.
