What is the minimum safe distance from uninvolved people in subcategory A2?

In subcategory A2, you must maintain a minimum horizontal distance of 30 meters from uninvolved people or use the 1-to-1 rule (whichever is higher). This can be reduced to 5 meters when operating with an active low-speed mode and after evaluating weather, drone performance, and area segregation.
